As an organisation dedicated to school leadership, the Academy has set its sights on being a leading Centre of Excellence for Educational Leadership in the region. We intend to build our capabilities through:   participating in quality educational research and collaboration with reputable partners;   building a comprehensive database of resources on educational leadership;   regular publications that will focus on the Academy's main thrusts on effective school leadership and education policy studies.
