The Academy regularly invites distinguished leaders in education, captains of industry and enterprise as well as well-known local personalities to share their knowledge and experience on emerging fields in education. In addition, members are offered opportunities to participate in international conferences sponsored by the Academy.

Other activities include breakfast and high-tea talks organised by the Academy, where members are given the opportunity to network with their peers in business and the government.

A key event organised and hosted by the Academy is the APS Global Conference, which was first held in 2004. Following the successful 2nd APS Global Conference in 2007, it is the Academy’s honour to host the 9th World Convention of International Confederation of Principals (ICP).

It is hoped that through these seminars, talks and conferences, members will be continually updated on the latest trends, movements and pedagogies in education and thus remain at the forefront of leadership in education.
