Workshop Description

Long-serving VPs may feel drained after operating in intense, demanding and changing school environments.  Growth and renewal are critical to sustaining passion, energy and leadership in the long-haul.  This workshop is designed to

  • Help VPs update and anchor themselves in their leadership principles
  • Re-energize VPs to discover future-ready mindsets and embrace new habits
  • Guide VPs to integrate new models of management to lead others in schools



  • Build new leadership habits by writing your leadership philosophy as an internal ‘compass’ to
  • Lead Self - to tap personal experience to build greater personal mastery.
  • Lead Others - to engage and connect with others adeptly as mentors and partners, to learn from and influence them.
  • Lead Organization – to translate directions into actionable plans delegated well for excellent follow-through with lasting results for school, staff and self in a constantly changing environment.
  • Build a Community amongst VPs for continuous support and renewal.

About Ms Mirimba Giam

Mirimba is a trusted consultant, teacher, facilitator and coach to thousands of leaders and hundreds of organizations. She brings a lot of heart when working with her clients, knowing how challenging change is when we are going through it, and how rewarding it is when we look back. She delights in staging her clients for continuous success which includes iterative practices coupled with challenging feedback.
